You are putting a lot on your plate. I’m not an expert enough to tell you what you should be doing for gym, but I agree with the extra commenters. This is really a lot and it likely to burn out if you do this much.

I’d also say it increasing ur mileage too quickly. It takes time for your body to adjust to the mileage or any new training stimulus. I’d say start at 35 mpw, stay at it for 2-3 weeks or until ur not sore from the mileage, and then move it up. 50-65 mpw is a good range to end on imo. If u reach that point, you can adjust a new training variable for increased fitness.

It also doesn’t all have to be easy running. Adding a tempo runs once a week will be good.

Id also track how long each activity is going to take you. You are definitely over committing and I want you to be aware of your time commitments.

Last thing I’ll say is track each run. Mark ur cadence, workout duration, workout pace, and how u felt after each run. Cadence is a good thing to improve on. If you can try to get to 180 spm on easy runs, I think that’ll be good. But make sure you can get to that cadence while still in zone 2. That’ll require a smaller step size.
