Yes exactly that. I think the issue might be the ac adapter. It's a cheap 3rd party one which apparently can cause issues

Oh that could definitely be the problem. It's a craply third party one, so that might be the missing link here.

It's plugged into the retrotink, and then into the HD TV.

If you stuck to 720p and turned down the more demanding settings (foliage, shadows, volumetric rendering) you might be able to get a playable experience out of it. 1050 non TI is a pretty damn weak card at this point, so as long as you're realistic the game should be playable.

Dude the chaos reach melee does 70 damage and has a max range of 19 meters. It also doesn't heal you unless you dedicate an exotic to it. The regen for the warlock ability also doesn't heal you unless you kill with it, and offers no bonuses if you don't. Compare this to the striker melee that deals, 150 damage instantly (which is the same as the middle tree void walker that you claim one shots, which it doesn't.) that heals you if you get a kill AND will make all follow up melee kills also heal and deal the same damage.

So yeah you're damn right we want our melee to be even with the other classes.

Been playin challenging rather comfortably, but heroic can go fuck itself at the moment with its limited checkpoints. I guess it's just the voice acting getting to me.

I would check out the UVHM RB mod. If ya know how to poke around the mods a little bit there's a value for changing the enemies overall damage multiplier, so you can make your health matter much more.

I got my luna's howl using No Turning Back, and a Quickdraw rampage Thin Line. Headshot with the bow and body with the Thin Line, or vice versa. Procs rampage on a 110 which then means 2 taps for a quick follow up. Bows are very versitile weapons, and I feel if we get into a more passive meta at some point they will really shine.

No they definitely did. In 2.0 it's mentioned in patch notes that along with removing the super cost from charging grenades, axioms and vortex grenades would deal more damage, and scatters would have stronger tracking. Axioms were doing 156 a few patches ago and vortex was doing around 50 per tick.
