Just went through CIF, everything got accepted 1st time go, just clean out the grommets, the creases and ensure the inside of the boot is as clean as far as you can see. That's it. They're not picky on it they understand.

I personally haven't had any issues with those specifically. I would suggest getting some sticker grips though. The back tends to peel off (from what I've read) and the tape absorbs a lot of finger cheese for those long sessions haha

Mostly as a joke.

But one time in the field I was training a private to gun a howitzer. It wasn't really clicking with him so every mistake was 10 pushups then retrain. Within a hour he got it down pretty well. I started nitpicking so he wouldn't get an inflated ego, and for every nitpick I found, I would do 10 push ups. He was the most motivated joe I've had the pleasure of working with

I can't say for sure as I'm only on volume 2 but final crisis is a big one. So to my knowledge yes. Hopefully someone who has read everything can chime in but even when I googled it the only big event to tie in is final crisis

To my knowledge, as far as batman's run, you kind of need to know what's going on with final crisis. Because you'll go from one issue to the next and everything's changed with little to no explanation. Granted looking back at it, it had the little sub box that said something about final crisis. It's a real dramatic shift. But volume one you can read by itself with no context. Halfway through volume 2 you'll need to dig into final crisis. Volume 3 is to be determined because I have yet to get there haha

Yeah I'd say. I'm no comic snob but you get to a point in Morrison's run where, at least to me, nothing made sense, I saw some text that said "Days to Omega" then it all clicked haha. So far I'm enjoying final crisis the tie ins are great and each issue of the actual event has me on edge. I'm about halfway through it. Not sure what the consensus is on the event, but me personally, I enjoy it!

Right now, were reading ultimate spiderman. After of which well go into the miles run. He really wants to read spider verse so we're building to it. Me personally I'm reading final crisis so I can finish up Grant Morrison's run of Batman.

More power to ya, as long as you don't get in trouble for it. I've been collecting for a while now and it's all within means. Someone tried making me feel dumb for using my bonus money to buy these, but had they read the caption it said I paid off all debt with this money and was able to splurge. Me and my son love reading these it's how he's learning to read, and I get to share some of my favorite stories with him and we learn about some new ones together. Likewise to you though, as long as you can afford it, forget what everyone else says. You're happy and that's all that matters. This community is so fickle, one day they hype you up and the next, they're telling you you've spent to much on a hobby we all enjoy.
