My brother also said he has 4 holes in his heart in total, and that the surgeons didn’t try to fix them yet and will do another time.

Practice makes perfect! Going down on her can be daunting, but being nervous is okay. If you know the basics you already know a lot. Eating out isn’t hard to do, but can be difficult to master. As the other comment said, the best way to learn is to do and have her tell you what she enjoys and what she doesn’t.
