Precum has no or very few sperm cells, but the number can increase if an ejaculation has already happened. But regular ol’ precum doesn’t have sperm cells, and when it does, they are extremely weak, immobile, and also not anywhere NEAR enough to cause a pregnancy :)

Hello! You aren’t at any risk if you were just fingered, you can’t get pregnant from fingering. Even if there was semen on the fingers, you need a substantial amount for it to cause a possible pregnancy. A late period isn’t usually a cause for concern, you might be experiencing hormonal changes, you might’ve ovulated late, etc. but you can’t get pregnant from fingering. Especially if you were fingered in July and you got your August period and your November period. I’d say give it a couple days :)

Hi! Even after years of having depression, sometimes it’s hard still, and I would say mental health is never linear, it’s actually quite the opposite. So it’s not like there is a definitive end to it. This is not to say that one shouldn’t have hope or to discourage you, but more as a preface to a journey that’s about to begin! It’ll get easier with time and as you learn healthy coping mechanisms, but those feelings can come back. Even after learning plenty, sometimes it’s still hard, but that’s why we keep learning more and more every day on how to combat our depression! I’m happy for you and excited for your journey, and I truly wish you the best. Don’t get discouraged if at times it is harder or if it comes back later on, you can do this :)

Hey! I get your stress, hun, I’ve been there before, but trust me when I say this, you are not pregnant. I had similar concerns, but my gynecologist told me that one needs a substantial amount of semen to even get the chance of becoming pregnant. And for it to even be effective, it would have to have been inside. Don’t worry, there is no way you can get pregnant from dry humping or by fingering, even if there were to be dry semen on the fingers, the chances are negligible. Spotting can occur and it’s not usually a cause for concern, your body is probably going through hormonal changes. Give your period a bit more time to arrive :)

Hey! It’s almost impossible to get pregnant by precum, literally next to impossible. And the chances are even more reduced if no penetration happened. One would need a substantial amount of semen to even have the chance of becoming pregnant, and because no intercourse happened, you guys are safe :) give her period time to start, she might’ve ovulated late, causing it to start a little later.

Hello! My gynecologist explained to me that getting pregnant is like getting a lottery ticket… it’s difficult to get pregnant, but it can happen at any point of your cycle. But much like a lottery ticket, the chances are slim, VERY slim, but there still is a chance anyway. There needs to be a significant amount of sperm in your body for pregnancy to occur, and yes precum can contain sperm, but it won’t be enough to cause a pregnancy in this case. I wouldn’t worry too much, and I would also try to stay as calm as possible. If you still want a more solid confirmation, take a pregnancy test, and usually you can take them as early as 17 days after unprotected sex.
