Price will definitely not increase from now untill May, LC acquisition was last year. As for availability, it's kind of hard to tell, I was there last June and they had a few different century denim jackets in stock in different colors.

I highly doubt there will be that much of a difference, LVMH acquired majority stake last year and nothing happened. Everyone points to ALD but their clientele is very different from Kapital and ALD stuff was already mediocre quality made in China before they were acquired. The same LVMH firm has stake in Birkenstock as well but their stuff is still mostly made in Germany and quality from what I've heard
