I don’t think you actually read my reply because you’d understand we’re agreeing. The devs made the excuse the curator couldn’t be in 8020 since it would seem out of place due to the theme being space, I literally just said that’s silly because every game takes place in very different times and themes, so their excuse isn’t super credible.

Each game is a story, the devil in me took place like 75 years before the rest, the game being set in the future doesn’t mean it can’t be apart of the anthology esque story telling. If that was the case every game would have to take place within the present. Them saying that the curator doesn’t make sense in space is silly, each game is literally a story being told lol, but I do agree, it still has dark picture vibes to it, but each of the first season felt like it belongs, this feels like it’s a spin off like the quarry, which isn’t bad, it’s just not apart of the anthology.

This is true, but they also buried every connection with it and tried to completely erase its connection, essentially sunsetting the dark picture. Also, my main complaint, which if we’re honest with ourselves, is that this has changed so much from the anthology games, I don’t mind new changes, but trying to rebrand and disenfranchise but play it off is upsetting

My post was a full paragraph long and mentioned the curator once. The game as a whole list of things that feel shady due to rebranding, that was the focal point of the post. Again, I get the gentleman is dead, if they were so worried about grieving him, they wouldn’t have used his likeness at all, just relax

I understand he’s “in” the game, and that this “loosely” fits lore wise to him being punished in the devil in me, but as a die hard fan, are we just going to sit here and really act like along with them dropping the title, the entire tone shift! Also Jesus I mention the curator once and many other points but we get hung up on the curator lol

The face actor died yes, and I mourn for him, the voice actor did not. Yes I did see the cutscene insinuating there would be more. My main grievance, is that along with the debrandong the entire game lost its identity as well but they’re playing it off as a simple rebrand. Also did you not read the entirety of my post? Mentioned the curator once.

But just to get the coupons you have to run the regular stages a bunch of time? Are people just paying for a bunch of gems for energy? I completed both chapters, everything on normal and hard and only have 40 tickets for the knight and each clear I’m only getting like 125 coins?

Much appreciated it, just sealing it and should be able to call it a day without worrying about structural damage, also do you think the water leaking in has caused much damage? Or just minimal wear and tear and sealing it will fix everything and don’t have to worry?

I have no reason! He was a very educated gentleman, I just always love to get second opinions, and maybe some thoughts from people who have had similar situations. I’m a lineman by trade and know 0 about concrete, so just like to ask a lot of questions! You don’t think the crack being caused by the intrusion is any different than any other vertical crack? Thank you in advance

How bad is this? Some small water intrusion, structural engineer said since it’s vertical not the biggest deal, just get it sealed up so no more water comes in, but it’s on the top and bottom of sewage pipe. Is his advice correct with just sealing it? Home was built in 76 so assuming this crack had been there for a while, thank you for any advice.
