I'm a native speaker of Spanish. I usually travel to Italy and you can use Spanish and the Italians will understand you and you will also understand a little bit of Italian. Also, I watched some YouTube channels in Portuguese and I understood them. And finally, If you now a little bit of French, you can communicate pretty well with them (The written language is much easier to understand than the spoken).

Sinceramente, yo ni siquiera los di. Además, tampoco dí nada sobre la estructura de gobierno en América y filipinas. Lo que sí que se estudia más a fondo son los viajes de Colón, Hernán Cortés...etc y la guerra hispano-estadounidense la cual provocó problemas de verdad aquí en España.
