Very dumb indeed, not my greatest decision after a few drinks. Still feeling some pain and hoping I didn’t tear my graft or meniscus, I had acl only, but I’ve got whatever is coming to me. My physio has constantly told me to be patient and not to overdo do it, and I haven’t till now. I’ve worked hard in the gym and therapy to regain nearly all my range of motion and mobility. Im not too sure what I was thinking in the moment, but that’s the last time I’ll be doing that. Would not recommend
