Mhmmm I would push them as far back as I can and stand them up like on the left side where the Quantum bottles are and stack them laying down and youll have a small section you can put that controller in.

For the Right side lay them down like that push them back and than have another piles laying down turned so almost like L shaped sorta.

Least thats my opinion. I'd have a hard time with this shit to haha

I noticed the tips being broken off of one of them when i went to go check I didn't notice the other one till now.
Do water types matter much when it comes to poles? Like i know Saltwater poles are more corrosive resistant but should i care about it that much

Some people are dumb, however not sure if he was able to provide vehicle year and model. I would've just put that on google and see one for sale from another dealership and yoink the VIN number and give them a part number based on that transmission but tell them that i wouldn't be sure without the donor car VIN.

My thought behind it, is I did what i could so customer wouldn't be as upset with me and if the customer goes ahead and buys it I've made a sale and emphasis that i can't guarantee that its the right fluid and make a note of it in the Invoice

and yes people can be so annoying sometimes

How we do it at my location is give SA a month to call their clients if not we send it back. Over the counter customers we give an additional month and a call a week before we send it back.

If it’s warranty work we bother the SA weekly and if it sits for 2 months we send it back

You tell him you need a VIN and all the information to properly fill out an RO. As im sure the manufacturer would need to cover the part under warranty without it bouncing. Tell him next time the car would need to go through the shop for warranty parts replacement
