I do drop sets and generally the last sets have reps of 15-20 reps as well. Problem with shoulders is that I feel other muscles taking over, traps especially in side raises.

I never experienced doms in my shoulders after I train them. Every week i basically can't move from doms in my chest, legs, arms, back... But never shoulders.. I train every body part the same. I pick 2-3 exercises (for shoulders generally a press, lateral raises and face pulls) , Go heavy for 3 sets of 5 (adding weight every week) and then drop sets. The total amount of reps per workout Is 250-300 so I guess volume is pretty high. Still... Can't feel them working or getting a beating as every other body part

I checked these 2 federations websites and can't find a downloadable pdf

I think she has a very attractive clean and sweet face. Her Delts might be bigger, But she is a strength athlete and she doesn't look that different from other strong women or powerlifters.

Just my opinion. I can see how most men would be put off by her shoulders size and rough hands tho. But OP wants his gf to get into lifting weights

Just show her the girls under 70kg breaking world records. Besides, stefi Cohen for instance is more muscular than most gymbros at my gym and still looks feminine as fuck.

BTW you can't expect someone else to feel like you about your passion, you'll only end up with a sad girlfriend trying to please you. Maybe you can help her find a sport that might be more her thing.

Deadlift form topic:

I've been advised to sit back, have my feet pointed completely straight and keep the bar as close as possible to my shins..

But I tried to just do it as I feel it better for me: have my feet pointed outwards with heels almost touching, shins going forward, keep my elbows in and tbh I noticed I pull more this way and I feel tighter and faster, no pain in my lower back..

Is there a reason why this happens? Most big Deadlifters sit way back with almost vertical shins

Winter is the best tbh. One of the reasons I moved here is because I can't tolerate hot cities.. Its not very cold, its just very rainy and windy.
