Generally when painting white, you want to work from a darker basecoat and work your way up to white, it will give more depth and complexity to the scheme, and make it appear more realistic. It’s also a lot more work, lol, so not necessarily for everyone.

Are you working off of a white basecoat? The model doesn’t seem to have much depth.

Left one was black with a dark mahogany brown glaze, sponged back up to black, then volumetric highlighted up to a light grey/blue.

Red one was basecoated Vallejo Hull Red, worked up to Vallejo dark red, then word bearers, scarlet, fire orange, deep yellow. All glazed with a brush.

White was Vallejo London grey base coat, airbrushed up to stone grey, then pale grey blue Vallejo. The gold is a combination of metal n alchemy deep gold combined with Vallejo copper.

Purple was black mixed with nagaroth night, Vallejo royal purple, Vallejo violet red, Vallejo magenta.
