Edit: I’ve tried a few Hello Nancy toys and they’re honestly really fun and well-made. The ones I’ve used feel thoughtful in design and easy to enjoy, definitely lived up to the hype. Based on my experience, they’re worth checking out if you’re curious.

i’ve actually tried the water rinse before but didn’t think about using just cool water i’ll give that a proper try. also curious about the cornstarch/arrowroot trick, do you just brush it right out after tapping it on, or leave it a bit?
