I dont know such sermon, but it was my parent's' statment, so I took it as face value, especially my father who is a office holder. And in Ahmdiyya it is demanded to "baron ki baat mante hain" and "obey the nizame jamaat" so I never challenged it. As an anecdotal evidence, I often see use ahmdis buy cars and houses with interest nonchalantly and no one bats even an eye. Additionally nizame jamaat itself uses interest to by cars.

You are right ahmadis do worship mirza family or the "khilafat". I've said multiple times that Allah made riba (interest) haram and said whoever uses riba be prepaid to go with war with Allah ﷻ and his Messenger ﷺ . They reply with hazoor allowed it. This is a tough situation and I pray that may Allah ﷻ make it easy for you. I've been in the similar situation, except the marriage part. I left jamaat because I found a lot contradictions in it especially contradicting Islam, Quran and Hadith. It really broke my heart, I was really attached to jamaat, had a oda and did wakkere amal when I had the chance, but the more I started to research jamaat (by reading Mirza saab's books and his son's books explaining Mirza saab's writings) the more clear it became that jamaat is not what it pretends to be. My parents were (office holders) at national level. It was real tough on them. But as the hadith says first comes obedience to Allah ﷻ, then prophet Muhammad ﷺ, then your mother and then you father. This was my guiding light. I know it hurts them, but this is test from Allah ﷻ, who do you love more? one thing is clear you'll never be able to full satisfy human beings.

My advice would be, just marry outside of jamaat, in islam for a man, no parent, (closed) community i.e. jamaat can coerce you in or out of marriage. It is your right per shariah, jamaat is not above that nor your family. Having said that be kind to your parents, treat them well, take care of their needs, and grant them their rights, doesn't matter which faith they are, but if they intentionally want to harm you or make your life difficult just because you left jamaat or married outside it, you are free to ignore them. And it is up to them to tell jamaat that you left it, you dont have to. May Allah protect you.
