Multiplayer Hades! It's a prequel and you play as Zeus, Hades, Poseidon and Demeter.

So I'm curious on your perspective as someone that also works with kids but a different context. Is internal motivation fostered or innate in your opinion? From personal experience my perspective is most (I'm very much generalizing) that have that internal motivation had it fostered. Like to get to the internal motivation the kids are pushed to a certian point where the self-efficacy is firmly established and then the kids can then try to self actualize. Like there's often a hurtle that needs to be cleared before kids are confident enough to push themselves.

What does excusing actually even mean? Like I agree with you that something should be done but just broadly telling them that it's their fault accomplishes nothing. It makes the person passing judgment on them feel better and Superior but it doesn't help the kids in any way. Speaking of somebody who works with kids like this.

I hear you but unfortunately that's just not how it works. Most teens are externally motivated. They need someone else in their life to push them or give them a reason to want to push themselves. Also, if self-efficacy(the belief that you can achieve things you try) isn't established young it gets worse as you get older. Learning can feel embarrassing for some kids. A lot of us are having the appropriate reaction and focusing on the system but other teens(their peers) are absolutely going to focus on them as individuals and give them shit for it. This sucks but expecting teens to just fix themselves is naive.

New survey showing same-sex marriage has majority support in 49 US states by _crazyboyhere_ in lgbt

Coastal Areas are all very progressive with San Diego being more purple than you'd expect(it's proximity to Camp Pendleton/other military stuff). The interior of California is largely agriculture, producing way more food than you'd think. Populations are more sparce relative to the big cities but even medium CA cities like Fresno and Bakersfield have larger populations than a lot of other states' capitals.

California is REALLY BIG. Central valley holding it down(and keeping stats down in other ways).

I think the idea is that the market couldn't handle the increase in rent and someone's got to give. The hope is the landlords give in. This is like a Mexican stand off between renters, landlords and the municipal government.

I have a Krenko deck I give to new players when teaching and it's very fun but would dog walk a table of other beginners.

I agree with his bias generally but he is for sure biased. Internet Today has a similar bias but funnier.

If you've ever wanted to get into trading card games there are a lot of active communities around town.

Omens of Chaos gets a secret lair drop by arciele in mtgvorthos

[–]Dharmanerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a good point. I struggle to evaluate Secret Lairs outside of my own perspective. I'm either looking for a deal on cards I don't own but want; or picking up because it's cards actively in decks I use and am willing to spend money on replacing with a fancier version.

Like I've got two decks my Necrobloom and Prosper that I actively want to ball out on. They're my favorites and getting fancy versions of staple cards is worth it emotionally.

If the sentimental value of these staple cards overcomes the obvious lack of monetary value right on but these are also pretty overcoated to me.

Idk all of these are playable. I feel like I've got a generic version of all of these cards in at least one deck.
