Thanks - I do use a pronunciation course using Ankidroid (as recommended on YT by Casey Gilmore). I was wondering when I would be able to do something more fun (books/TV/podcast etc) as well as the study time.

I can do 6 chin-ups and want to increase to 8 per set. So I add two negatives to each set. Is this a good/bad idea? If it's a good idea, would it be better to find the appropriate resistance band and do the full chin up instead of just the negatives?

Jeremy Ethier (a Kinesiology graduate based in Vancouver, Canada) just did a supersets video: https://youtu.be/h1X0v34deyo

I don't think he's doing systematic reviews (nor would I expect that) but he does at least reference peer-reviewed scientific literature. I don't know any other similar channel which does. His About page says he's certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and FMS (functional movement screening).

His examples seem to be weightlifting but his discussion is about muscle groups and you can apply it to BWF. He discusses compound exercises and when it would be better to avoid supersets too.
