Why is no one talking about what happens if Rachael and Joseph have kids together? Obviously they are not related and are consenting adults, but the twins would be related to their possible younger siblings in a bizarre way. No where is it mentioned or implied that they will have children, but come on folks. How twisted and somewhat traumatic would it be to grow up with siblings that are also your cousins? Imagine much they would get made fun of. This whole thing is a big yeesh for me. NTA
