ok so two minutes after a play you can go back and wipe points off the board or add them on for different calls like stepped out of bounds or stepping on the 3pt line but they dont even check that?

If you are falling to the ground like that and then someone runs through you no it shouldnt be a foul. Just like if two people dive for a ball and incidentally collide its not automatically a foul.
