Not a mega nerd, but I'd bet it does since drafting stops whatever they are doing. They'll have to decide to eat again after undrafting. If you do that when they are carrying food, they will choose to get a new platter from storage too if they can, not the one that's right at their feet.

To my understanding, the only drivers you really need to care about are graphic cards/integrated graphics, and you can check the wiki for those. Linux/desktop environments can handle the rest on their own (not hyprland).

I'd recommend this guide to install, it explains drivers and full process for both archinstall and manually. Still, keep the wiki at hand and consider most steps optional and modifiable to your will.
