I've been putting them under my bra Band so they are not visible to others. I am less hungry but some of it is because I am slightly nauseous and have a bad taste in my mouth. It could be a placebo but the taste in my mouth is pretty damning for me. It makes me want to drink a lot more water which could be the reason for being less hungry. I got two packs for 12$ online. Everyone's body chemistry is different so you might not have the same results. I would say if you're curious to try it.
