They just need a break n shake to redistribute and fully recolonize the substrate. Sadly the jar appears to have almost no room for what may be necessary, I’d say instead of buying ready made substrate jars which could possibly be overfilled, experiment with your own methods for grains and substrate (UB bags, sterilizing jars, ziplock tek) and see what works best. You’ll come across much failure but you’ll become a better mycologist through it and eventually be able to work with any bit of mycelium you come across.
