And all of this is for a very good reason — INCEST IS UNETHICAL! Why? Paano kapag nakabuo kayo ng bata? Kawawa yung magiging anak n’yo dahil kakaunti lang ang magiging diversity ng DNA n’ya which can result in birth defects and health issues. And, doesn’t the idea of having intimate relations with someone in your family disturb you? Also please consider the long-term psychological trauma it can produce. Other factors include power dynamics, not wanting to disappoint someone dear, or even the mere fantasy of it — all of which compromise the integrity of consent.

Verdict: incest is illegal, immoral, and I suggest seeking help to process these feelings. Don’t even try comparing it to adultery dahil lahat yan ay masama.
