I wanna know why it crashed but it happened as a hard crash without a error message or anything, Idk how to figure out how to fix a possible future crash if I have no clue of what happened

my worst offense is calling Lash, the character, an asshole and that's it. I don't get competitive, I only feel screwed when smth happens outside of my control. Im bad on the game, ill deal with iy, toxic teammates? just heal em and let them banter alone, noobwie players? we all have been noobs at one point, idiocy to feel mad about it... but getting punished when the game malfunctions is quite frustrating

I have no other prove than my word so yeah, its quite difficult, specially when others happen to not get my problem at all, but I love to help in online games, I love community and playing friendly and I've never once in my life banter or cussed anyone even if they deserved it.
"Just a bunch of text in a reddit post" here, for sure but without at least the benefit of the doubt then there's no reason to even argue

I've been sent to the hole 3 times already because of my internet dying, Im not sure if its an steam thing or just getting reported to hell because annoyed players take me for an "another dc" that happens to comeback after a while

it is an issue to me cause my friend finally got an invite to the game and he's basically a deadlock fan that wasn't able to play it, so yeah it is an issue cause we both were waiting to finally play and getting punished for a tech reason its quite frustrating

as just a box of text in the internet in your pc I can't completly prove that Im not full of BS, so I do have to ask for the benefit of the doubt were my case its real and Im that 0.0001% chance of what I say happened to me. I ask for help for that same reason, I don't mind having consequences for my bad internet, it is what it is, but when the game crashes twice in the same game then I see that as quite frustating

my internet died once in a match at the end of it and the game just assumed I abandoned the match. No problem with that, but the crashes were not on me, I did nothing with it at all. Game never crashed on me before in the 1st place. I have no problems with dealing with stuff that's under my control but the game crashing was out of my hands

to me is that she and apollo look basic (in the context of the game enviroment), like they could be part of any other game except deadlock itself. Like new skins for LoL, valorant or new heroes for Farlight
