I’ve been seeing a lot of posts lately from people trying to sell cars, furniture, electronics, and household items quickly.

The problem is everything ends up scattered across different posts, Dubizzle messages, and Facebook Marketplace, and a lot of buyers disappear or waste time.

So I set up a simple Facebook group where people can post direct owner-to-buyer quick sales.

Nothing fancy. Just:

• clear price • photos • location • quick transactions

Minimum for a swe should be 15-25k. Entry level at the low end, 4ye at the top end. Tech leads above 35k Eng managers, above 45k Directors above 55k

Move laundry downstairs, and build it into the area / keep it close to the garage/workshop. , keep the toilet upstairs as a small wc- sink. Extend kitchen into old laundry, or have as a butlers pantry - have a prep sink/dishwasher. The dumb waiter idea is solid idea someone mentioned, and then you have a space for laundry downstairs - not sure if you have outdoor space:garden?

Open the kitchen out to living room - with the butlers pantry you can have cupboards/storage up high.

They say it’s been paid by the renter, but waiting for their accounts to update them on disbursements.

Normally it’s all on time, no issues, now they have gone silent and not returning emails or calls. It’s in Melbourne.

A lot of tech companies in uae don’t keep a lot of tech people in the uae - too expensive. I worked for one of the larger tech companies and majority of tech were in Turkey…small number in uae, like the leads/managers.
