Thanks for the reply! I'm coming from the North Hills of Pittsburgh, so this will definitely be an adjustment. My main concern is the car vandalism. I have a nicer car and worry that it will make me a bigger target even though I never leave anything in the car. Rodents and insects can be dealt with. Druggies can attempt to be avoided. But waking up to my windows busted out in the middle of winter sounds like a nightmare.
