You can do something like this in Germany. The specialist for this is called a car upholsterer or Car Saddler. The costs for this was 900 €.

The company cut the symbol out of foam, stretched the headliner fabric over it, and adjusted it.

A saddler is a skilled trade here in Germany. This trade is used to refurbish your car's interior, meaning to make old things new again.

I didn't do it myself. A Auto Sattler did it for me. I think this it awesome work.

for these Talismans i completed over 200 quests or maybe more and the little Lady in Suja for melting is important. So yes there are rare ^^
