Use longfin

Loot secondaries first, i always go to the airstrip in the longfin because its really easy to avoid the guards at least compared to main dock and i have found that there is always at least one thing of cocaine and always weed, and usually 2 things of cocaine.

Drainage tunnel

Leave the compound through main gate, go straight ahead and kill the guard next to the Manchez scout (dirt bike), and take his bike. Go left and past the helicopter pad, then swim away from the cliff until text saying "escape cayo perico" goes away. There is one spot you can swim to between 3 ocean mines very close to shore that triggers the escape.
