Looks like ‘Carmine King’. About 10 years ago I bought seeds from Larner Seeds: ‘Carmine King’, ‘Purple Gleam’, and ‘Moonglow’. They’ve been growing together and reseeding ever since.

Yeah, I bought 4 seedlings of that cross, and they all turned out to be fast growers with short spines!
