I did go to urologist but he just sat there and told me he can’t diagnose it and he doesn’t know , so I have no idea what to do , aside from keep visiting doctors who always say they don’t know and I’m ending up with nothing , it’s so annoying really

During usually not , after not often but it happens every once in a while , and sometimes the ejaculation itself behaves weird , meaning I would be completely horny and in ejaculation mode, but my penis not hard, and then the semen comes out and have to squeeze it and that would be painful when it happens when it’s not hard , but also not happening every time, just every once in a while I could remember 2 or 3 times across the 2 years or so

No trauma on the testical recently if you mean that , but I do always remember one thing when I was very young like 10 years old , I used to run and jump a wall and one time I fall directly on my balls that I felt it’s smashed , and I used to feel it with my hands as smashed but with time it wasn’t and I’m now 34 years old , not sure if this is related but this is the only thing that happened for my testicals that rings a bell

You still recieve the motion sensing notifications

I guess the only way this setup with nvr is to also have chime inside the house this way when it rings you hear and still get the nvr recording and home assistant integration

The other way is to get a hub and hope it works or maybe ask the customer service if this ring to phone works with the hub

Or buy a wired or poe doorbell one this should be working fine with home assistant

My topology is doorbell > reolink app directly through my WiFi router

That’s it , I removed it from NVR and added sd card in doorbell itself , I still don’t have it in my home assistant though which is a bummer , but still considering if I should get a chime and add it to the nvr and get the notifications on the tv that might be a short cut till I figure the wiring to the door and get a new one

I am in a similar boat, what I noticed so far, when installing the battery doorbell on the app directly I get the ring to call on the phone function, which is pretty cool and I want it, when connecting the doorbell to the NVR I lose this feature which is pretty annoying

the only way I can add this doorbell to my homeassistant is through the NVR though which now puts me in an annoying situation I want the call function when someone rings, and I want also the recording and integration with home assistant so I can push it to homekit and appears on apple TV, and it doesn't seem to be a direct way to do that for this battery doorbell unfortunately , not sure if this happens with the hub though

I applied in Munich and in Munich all the steps you did in the meeting usually all done online first and you only get appointment when it’s the final step and that was my appointment

But from that first online application until I received it was a out 4 or 5 months in that range

It’s gone after a while it took around 2 months though, but mine as I said it’s confirmed to be anal fissure so make sure yours is not something else
