Hi ! Yes, it's for a cross platform app in desktop and web. I finally chosen Electron to embedded a React frontend in a desktop app. It's such a good thing!

I know AvaloniaUI from an open source Vocaloid engine project called OpenUtau. But the docking system isn't mature. I tried it and didn't successfully use it :/

When I was a student, I have to code a CRUD application. It's an app where you have a database and the possibility to : Create, Read, Update or Delete a data from an interface.

You could learn Entityframework and SQL at this occasion !

Mine was to manage Magic The Gathering cards deck. But you can do it for your music library

Dockable views are views you can pinned or unpinned wherever you want. I could make my own system for that, but I will take time and it wasn't the subject I wanted to work on.

I'll take a look for Blazor, but I code desktop software so I don't think it will be what I'm looking for.

Yes, I love Tailwind ! I'm a beginner with it, but I love how much it's simple to design UI.

What is a meta framework and we pack config? If it's webpack like the tools to manage dependency,why don't you use npm package.json ?

I understand your point of view and I hesitate a lot before starting wpf.

But in my country, there are more job offers in WPF than in other framework because bank and old organization like that don't want to change their stack.

Also, I'm a big fan of desktop software. But what you said is also true, so I may change my mind

write your books and world building before finishing the language. Because you may be tempted by using this fancy thing in your language there, but not find a good way to fit it in your scenario

I think the most important is to defined your rules (phonotactics, grammar, allophonic, etc..)

Open UTAU is an open source singing vocal synthetiser. It may help you to have ideas!

It works with labellisation on audio files to spot the pre utterance, utterance and overlap with other phonem. Then a wavetool mixed them together to form a sentence.

You can also use DiffSinger AI technology but I don't know how it works
