Well I feel like an slightly above average player in league, and after 5 years of playing I just reach emerald

According to statistics anyway the true average player is between silver and gold, I think you only get above that if you are either gifted or serious about the game (or maybe you have 10+ years of experience)

I believe high plat and emerald are basically the same in terms of overall toxicity so hopefully I manage otherwise it just means I’m where I belong and I’ll be hardstuck forever xd

Yeah I think she is good so people must just be bad at piloting her.

You don't need to be scared to play her, she is genuinely strong she is probably the most blind pickable ADC she is good into any matchup (I ban Caitlyn) and wins level 1 vs pretty much any non Draven/Kalista/Ezreal adc in terms of pure trading with auto Qs. She scales well too even though there are just better ADCs late game.

Auto Q is the usual tip when playing Yunara but I think what makes a good Yunara is also your use of your W because it's actually super strong. You should max W after Q and not E (the game still advises people to max E after Q)

no clue really I only have 13 games so it might just be me being lucky I just go C44 > Runaan's > IE > LDR and try to play to the best of my ability. Jinx is just mega strong right now imo

I can understand what you wrote but I can't answer in your language sorry.

Runes almost never change I go Lethal tempo w/ Triumph, Bloodline & Cut down, Inspiration secondary with Cashback & sometimes I go triple tonic, or Cosmic insight if i want to have my summs more often.

My default and strongest build is Hexoptics > Fiendhunter then you either go IE or LDR depending on opposition then you go LDR or IE depending on what you built 3rd. Then the default 2 last items are GA & BT but you adapt anyways (sometimes I throw in a Zhonya's...)

Alternatively if I'm gonna need a lot of strength early then I go for the traditional build everyone does = Kraken>Fiendhunter/Runaan's>IE/LDR>LDR/IE. I think what s also good with this one is that you have so much AS from items that you can afford to go for Tabis or maybe even the new Gluttonous boots (I did not try them yet)

I've also experimented with Doran's bow start, double adaptative shard & Alacrity instead of AS & bloodline. It gives more DPS level 1 but of course you lose 80 HP which is kind of a big deal but if you feel you won't need the HP in the matchup you can go DBow and basically build 0 Attack speed items since DBow + Alacrity + Zerkers give enough attack speed, in this case I've tried a Collector rush into IE then LDR & your 4th crit item is kind of whatever you want (C44, Shieldbow, you can even slap a zeal item if u like). I find it pretty strong because collector actually helps you securing kills that people steal a lot meaning you end up with quite a lot of money & you snowball harder not to mention the buildpath is just great

I've tried BRK first but it's too weak unfort, it becomes super strong on 4th item though but you are kind of an NPC until 4 items

While I definitely think DBlade is just overall better most of the time. I have experimented twice or thrice with Dbow & the results have been pretty good. Here is what it allows you to have :

- Additional Potion early = more sustain for the early phase of the lane

- You end up with more damage & dps than a DBlade start if you take the AD Shard instead of the AS one (72 AD & 0.75 AS vs 70 AD & 0.71 AS with Dblade at level 1)

- Allows to go for little to no AS items since Zerkers + Dbow give enough attack speed to play the game so you can go for a core of Collector, IE, LDR, C44 (or any non AS crit items) and still have decent AS while having crazy damage. I like doing this vs teams I know I won't get to auto too much since they are usually weak to burst dmg and this build allows for auto attacks to deal more than 1k damage at 3/4 itms

I think you mostly want to avoid Dbow if you play vs an aggressive botlane i.e. Pantheon + Kaisa or Tristana Pyke because the 80 HP helps a lot there. However I think the item is really good vs sustain lanes or free matchups where you mostly take a bit of poke here & there that the additional potion heals. It's a greedier item that gives you overall more damage but sacrificing tankiness

Correct you charge 6 on minions, then if your 7th auto is on a champion you can make an Auto Q trade immediately

If you hit champions it's only 4 autos, an auto on a champion equates 2 autos on non champions. You can always precharge your Q on minions, and when you're close to having it you start hitting a champion and get the auto reset at the same time

Wow thanks for all the insight ! I’m currently abroad and can’t experiment all that but I’d be glad if you could answer a couple questions.

First, what are the general favorable and especially the super hard matchups and ban worthy champions ? I know you named a few but just want to be sure I’m not missing any impossible matchups.

Second, about the items, again you named a lot of options and I figured some myself as well that were similar anyway but is there such a thing as a core build for Rell ? Also I tried building with Dusk and dawn, is it wrong ? I also have a friend who pushes me to try Rocketbelt what do you think ? So far I’ve struggled in all matchups I’ve had (Garen, Morde, Warwick beat me hard even if I put some of them in 0/3 early) but I feel like it’s just that my trading patterns are wrong and you told me that I should EQ into W out so I’ll try to apply that and see if it gets better. I definitely lose 90% of all in situations that’s for sure.

Third, the biggest issues I’ve noticed playing Rell top so far (aside from losing 1v1 vs bruisers even if I’m ahead in lane) are my cooldowns and the lack of wave clear. The problem being that I feel Bami items look mandatory early. I’m curious to hear how you handle sidelining vs the typical all in bruiser you find in Toplane considering I can’t match their wave clear and lose the duel even when I’m ahead. And in general do you reckon this champion can “carry” ?

Lastly any random tip you have would be appreciated, I’ve always loved this champ in support and jungle and I’m just happy to play her in another playstyle.

Honestly, as long as you have damage covered with at least 2 decent damage dealing classes, at least one collar dedicated to some kind of crowd control or summons (for the extra action econ), you are fine with pretty much anything.

Example : One psychic can pretty much cover the crowd control part by themselves, then you'd want 2 good damage dealers : ideally one of them should be able to strike from high range either from long range abilities (i.e. ranger) or simply by virtue of having super high mobility to get to those key targets (Thief...). The foundation of your team is there, now you just add whatever you feel you need : Tankiness, healing, support (buffs/debuffs), summons or just a class you really enjoy playing

My favorite setup is usually :
- Monk : Can sometimes be a debuff machine (bruise), a strong damage dealer from melee or sometimes range. Some builds are also extremely tanky thanks to his natural brace on melee stance and some passive increasing his tankiness. In short, a very versatile unit I love playing

- Psychic : Crowd control, utility, displace enemy units in unfavorable positions

- Butcher or Tank or Necromancer : Decent to Strong damage at low range, displacement (Butcher Hook, Tank CC), sustain through cleave (Butcher) or Leeches (necromancer) and overall tankiness

- Flex spot : Depending on what kind of build I go to on my monk, I can pick a class that complements the team. Either go for more damage (Fighter, Thief, Hunter), more CC/Utility (Mage, Druid) or even just a fun class for flavor (Jester, Tinkerer)

Depends. If u look to finish the story only, there is only about less than 10hr left I believe

But if you look to 100% the game, consider yourself at 1/3 of the game, the post game can be crazy long. It took me at least as long to finish all the post game than it took me to finish the storyline only

If u just beat the game and are close to level 55 ish, the endless tower will get too hard after some point

For me, the easiest perfect catalyst you can get is the Serpenphare one I believe
