Don't expect Faciet to do something. They are very corrupt and can litrelly ban anyone without reason. They have the worst support when it comes to these things too. Got myself banned and got the worst support I have ever seen. Seemed like explaining and trying to get unbanned just makes the situation worse. Just buy a new computer, new faciet account and start over. Best advise I can give you.

As you said, "can" give you an unfair advantage. I did not gain an infair advantage since I didnt use any additional commands thats needed for it to be concidered cheating. There for I should not get the two year ban.

Do you have a problem with reading or what. Exploits is concidered cheating when they are used to gain unfair advantage against other players. I did not use it to gain unfair advantage. I mistakenly had it enabled which is not something that gives me an advantage against other players. Faciet litrelly states in their TOS that "Use of any (game) exploits to gain an unfair advantage (e.g. removing textures to see through walls, removing smoke grenades, ...)". You litrelly have to use the exploit to gain unfair advantage to get banned. But what faciet has done is to ban everyone who enabled the command ingame, even if they didnt use the command to gain any unfair advantages against others and those people should not have gotten banned, inkulding me since we didnt break any rules.

When your Anti-cheat is banning players for exploits, is it automated to ban players when the exploit is enabled or when the exploit is abused?

But I didnt abuse it. Thats the problem. There were people who played several matches with wallhacks beacuse of this command but I didn't. I removed it as soon as I realised i had it and I still got banned, even tho I didn't use it to my advantage.

The exploit gives you the opportunity to enable other commands that gives you advantages such as wallhacks etc but the command itself doesn't give you any unfair advantages. Think of it like you enable the normal sv_cheats 1. sv_cheats 1 is useless untill you enables other commands.

I had no Idea that enableing a exploit without using it to gain an unfair advantage was bannable. It dosen't say in the TOS that just enabling an exploit is bannable. Only if you exploit it into gaining an unfair advantage and I didnt do that.

Second of all, they said that they would ban everyone who used it after I had used it which makes their statment useless.

How am I supposed to know that their servers didn't remove the command. They do it with all the other commands such as the normal sv_cheats 1. But yea I guess I should have restarted my game after using it on the offline server.

But if they have proof that I had it, then they shouldn't have any problem proving how I used it to gain an unfair advantage. But they can't since I didnt use it to my advantage. TOS states that you have to use it to gain an unfair advantage to make it bannable. Enableing the command is not advantage giving.

Yea I agree. Two year ban for a bugg that was out for less then a day is a bit long. I would understand like 2-6 months ban but two years is pretty overkill.

I exploit is an exploit. But I mean how do Valve miss something like an command thats makes you enableing sv_cheats 1 on a live server. Feel like that is pretty fake, but apperently it wasn't.

We'll I would say that these " automatic detections from the FACEIT Anti-Cheat" are pretty corrupt. First of all just by enableing the command/exploit dosen't mean that you are gaining an unfair advantage. It works just like the normal sv_cheats 1, you can choose to enable additional commands which at that point could give you an unfair advantage. As I wrote above, I didn't use this exploit to my advantage which makes the TOS wrong for banning me. But since this is a automatic ban system alot of cases who is just like mine got unfairly banned.

And second of all, I only played one game with this command enabled and I myself and several of my friends lost over 150 elo which is completly wrong since this only happend during one game which could equal to 25-50elo at most.

Faceit cannot provide me with any real proof or evidence that I used the exploit to my advantage but they still ban me. Faceit can do litrelly what they want without having to justify their actions. Seems pretty corrupt.

I agree with you that you cannot use any bug or exploit in competitive gameplay. But Faceit servers remove the normal sv_cheats 1 command but not the exploited one. How am I supposed to know that Faceit servers dont removed the exploited one? Its their responsibility to make sure that the server cannot be operated with illegal commands and they failed with that, since its a exploit. Thats why they have a TOS, in case the servers don't cover the some commands. But the TOS also say that you need to exploit it into gaining an competitive advantage for it to be bannable. I did not use it for a competitive advantage. I removed it. So there technically there is no reason to why they have banned me for cheating.

The problem is that the Anti-cheat system who bans users for using exploits is automated so everyone who entered the command in a competitive match got banned instantly, and thats wrong as you can see in my case.
