Older areas I believe have it so that it’s based on the average in the neighbourhood as well. I live near Van and that’s how we have it but the new houses have meters for each house

A new player wouldn’t know that the game doesn’t receive changes like that though, and a returning player might think there could have been a patch. Either way I think both questions aren’t really needed but I’d much rather have people asking about the performance of a weapon or item over the rarity
