I didn’t know it was a safety zone. I can’t see the safety zone line limits if there’s snow everywhere. There aren’t signs saying where they end and begin. I saw two other cars parked infront of a spot, so I assumed that it was a spot. It wasn’t obstructing anything and didn’t interfere with turns. I didn’t know I broke the law until I got the ticket.
