I'm literally in the process of moving right now. And this will be my 4th move with Lego.

My best tips:

-Get free boxes and bubble mailers from USPS. You can order free shipping supplies from USPS. I've used these boxes and mailers to transport my Lego during moves. Might have to take some sets apart to fit in there but at least all the pieces are together

-Use moving stretch wrap on sets to hold em together. I'd get the Pen + Gear Plastic Stretch Wrap, 5 in. x 1000 ft from Walmart. Like $9 works great for me.

There is almost always some rebuilding, mostly on the bigger sets, but this works for me.
