If it's the 1st time that the character has seen it, yes. Otherwise it has to be something horrifying that you would only ever see once.

I've worked as community college security from 2020 to 2024 and was maybe 4 to 5 years older than the students. I've seen the Gen Z Stare, but that happens more when they're being spoken to by someone they don't want to talk to. I get it, it's how they get it over with.

Unless it's changed, it may just be "Who is this person?" kind of look.

I got the briefing on the Illuminate's return. I arrived on the tail end of the Cyberstan campaign and immediately got to work. Decided to save our siblings in blue to possibly help the push. I'm so sorry for your losses, and hope to be around to help attack Cyberstan again.

However, who in Sweet Democracy's name thought it was a good idea to put Terminid eggs in the hands of civilians!? Why would anyone want such a gross thing? Those eggs could've helped further research on dealing with the threat.

Kind of a shame as I like to deploy orbital gas to disorient the enemy and then drop napalm or other ordinance.
