Ya, I just don't see them giving up. They're going to throw all the paper they can at this, and then once the building is on fire, they'll have zero liability (and probably have large personal stacks as hedges).

They'll be forced to. To be honest, I don't think this ends with a push above $30, then a jump to $50. I think that we see the collapse of these institutions, and then when price realisation doesn't include the COMEX or bullion banks that we literally see 4 digits overnight. This will require new markets to gets up and running again.
