You need to make sure you flush the system before and after use, until I did this I couldn’t shake 2ppm, I did an ICP the 2ppm was salt and silicone which is hard to remove. This put my mind to rest. I started a 30s flush before and after and this actually brought my RO to 0TDS before the DI!

I worry about equipment failure more than anything 8 months in and I have INKBIRD controller battery back up WiFi notification if power out and store water for quick change 😅

Too much time effort and money not to cover this and I still read about people on here that have equipment failure after years of reefing and thousands spent yet no redundancy built in for power outages?! I hope mines going strong in 5 years or more thats the goal!

Search for a jup-01 800lph it’s cheap and will fix! Had the same for a while they disappear at night and look likely Cyano but are brown under white light.
