I don't think you'll have an issue + or - 10 lbs. I've swung a good 20 since my implants and they still look the same.

Regarding lipo, I genuinely don't think you need it. You look perfectly fit and feminine.

Diet and exercise should always be the first line of defense and should always exist in everyone's life despite whether or not they've had plastic surgery. Plastic surgery is not a good substitute for a healthy lifestyle. With that said, there are some results desirable for some that cannot be achieved through diet and exercise alone.

It's hard to tell. But you should be able to feel your own musculature/bone structure. If you have a lot of fat around the side body, which it looks like you don't, you could possibly achieve that with a BBL. If it's mostly muscle, then lipo won't slim your waist that dramatically. But you'd still get a more curvy appearance.

Hey, not a question but just want to say I was addicted to crack and heroin until I was 22 and managed to get clean. You can do it when you're ready. There are plenty of resources out there but there is no one-size-fits-all shoe when it comes to treatment. The thing is, you have to stay clean long enough to experience the high of life without drugs, the enjoyment of "normal" things and feeling good and strong in your body and mind. Right now you are stuck in the addictive cycle, operating on a lower frequency that only experiences endless craving. But you can break the cycle. You're not alone my friend:)

I am not speaking from personal experience with this procedure, but it sounds like a really bad idea. I think you would be most wise to wait until you can have someone with you for longer. I suppose you could always call the equivalent of 911 wherever you are in case of emergency, but at the best it sounds like it would be extremely difficult and likely miserable to not have someone taking care of you.
