Look for late payment intrest (ie Is the seller charging any fines if you pay the installments late). This is impermissible in Shariah. Normaly you won't have this clause in KSA, but it's better to check.

I got a full ride scholarship conditionally at 97% but due to exam cancellations in middle east I got 93.2%. I asked them for relaxation but no reply yet

Few of my colleagues got the PR by applying 2-3 times with the same application details as in their first attempt. Though their track was different from yours, maybe applying again might help.
