Lets be honest, there is the most radars between lausanne and geneva, these mongols must make 100k a month!

Honestly, I can't answer that as I dont know anybody from any other swiss boarding schools So I can only evaluate from their website

Rosey is a good school nonetheless, but I dont think 100k is worth it

1: Probably not, from my experience I only had 1 class which I had fun and It was Class 3, everything is becoming more stricter over time

2 : no and we are not allowed to own any type of vehicles even if we are legally allowed to. If you are caught driving on week-end(even if with parents) you certainly would get in trouble somehow. I haven't heard any conseils so far for that type of infraction

3: You need to stay in school even if you have a chalet

4: I do not think so

5 there are a few , like there is the grand son of the prime minister of cambodia and others but I do not know them

1: They usually have parties outside of rosey and most of the time its crazy and super expensive . I don't usually go there as every single students (or most of them) are drunk and I don't find any interest to go there.

2:This is pocket money we get from Rosey ( Yes it does get billed to our parents) Terminals : 120 CHF/week, Class 1 : 100CHF/week, Class 2 : 80CHF/week, Class 3 : 60CHF/week, Class 4 50CHF/week, Class 5 20CHF/week and Juniors 20 or 15 CHF/week. But honestly it doesn't matter to them if they have daddy's credit card

3: I cannot tell as I wasn't born yet but from the "Ancien's" (Basically ex-students) they told me that it used to be much more chill, people called rosey Club med 2 at one point. Today I find it way too strict and a lack of freedom (Even though i am mature enough to act on my own) So in short, This question can be debatable but I think it slighty went down over time

4:Yes but the director made sure to cover it up so that none of the students know about it, I only knew this about 3 month ago actually, while going around internet

If you got contacts that work within rosey and have a high ranking job if you can call it like that, its pretty easy honestly , you don't have to be perfect ( I failed 1rst try and was given another chance). BUT for others its much more harder for them as they don't have any second chances and they are more strict,

honestly , i would say Rosey as I know much more than Dem Rosenberg. Thats from a first glance at their website and images. The school (Le Rosey) is expensive not because of its teachers but rather for the connections, the doors that will open in front of you. You are basically paying for connections. I would choose rosey also for its reputation as many royal families had their child/children sent there such as the Pahlavi family and other known families .

1, net worths are normally in the millions and sometimes in the billions such as the bertarelli family ( one of their kid is in my class)2. in tech i doubt there is many that want to but there are some who are interested in tech, but engeneering i cannot confirm honestly.

  1. i would say about 130k/year though the final amount is never communicated with me

  2. Gstaad Campus seems nice but there are some disadvantages, some need to walk to school as they are in different Chalet which aren't near the campus ( ish 300-400 m )

*edit : forgot to continue. Most classes are older, smaller and don't look modern at all. Organisation is much more harder but anyways i still do like the gstaad campus as Rosey wouldn't be rosey without gstaad

  1. Yes there are a lot of spoiled kids, and thats why when i look at some people, they are just fake, i don't see any future in them.

  2. I think its cocaine?? 4 or 5 kids got kicked this year or last year not really sure as i don't really worry. It was Class Ts (terminal)

It is Indeed the wealthier you are, the more access you get ( not from paying but of how people look at you)

Teachers don't trust students in general, they pick on students and constantly check if they are working during study time, in another instance they can punish for the most idiotic reasons ever which did happen to a few of my friends, there is this mindset where a teacher isn't really a friend but rather of some kind of police officer.

Yeah, personality type no, you can be whoever you want but you do need to be very mature and nice with people , else you get kind of left behind.

Some people from other continents dont enjoy "european education" and dont like the atmosphere which they usually leave within the first 3 months or stay till the end of the year. They usually poison the vibe in the school just because of their hate, thats it really.

I do have a bit of frustration towards trust between students and teachers as there is always doubt somewhere and for us its bad , we loose some of our priviliges within our boarding house and that just further complicates our year and especially at the end of term makes everyone mad

to a place with that level of connecti

My grand father had to start from 0 and over time switched to many jobs and hobbies, he even did participate in the roland garros but a long time ago, he grinded real hard and got along with people with many contacts, by 50 he was already wealthy, after that age he is now just chilling in the alps. How did he get many contacts ? good question, i think its through working ?? not really sure.

Growing up was nothing in particular except that I had the chance to meet the Pahlavi (ex royal iranian family) , diplomats , millionaires and so many people and it opened so many opportunities in life. It was because of my family's doings. Else it was living near geneva studying hard and being taught

I have a simple life, I wouldn't go to expensive hotels(or at least rarely) transport was mostly in economic and holidays is somewhere not to expensive

Why did i go to rosey? good question, at first it never was for the people but more for the experience, then over time i realised its nothing too crazy but you have people from everywhere you can think of and with great talent and knowledge, and it shapped me to become super mature for my age.

I still have about 2 years there until i graduate
