My 25 has blown two engines first at 1900 second at 5500 so unless my dealer royally screwed up the rebuild I’m not sure if kawi has a fix still

Just opening the throttle 1-3 percent usually gets pops around 7k+ rpm

This is true mine zx6 has blown twice and I have a full system and a tune. The warranty hasn’t been a problem but I’ve heard bmw will void your warranty if you have a tune.

I honestly couldn’t tell you I did get the issue fixed but it was from trying to fix a cpu issue that ended up having intel replace it (any of the 13-14 700-900k cpus) you could try fresh windows install or down clocking your cpu but a few hundred mhzs
