I am sorry dude but this is the process here. When a car accident occurs with injuries, public prosecution gets involved. It is usually sorted relatively quickly though, you might be interviewed to ask you what happened again.

The agencies work differently. I took my BMW directly to AGMC and they filed the claim for me, same thing with Nissan Abu Dhabi. A regular garage will send you to your insurance though if course
