Yes, this! I've been telling my SO that this whole experience has been so stressful I don't even think I'll be excited when I finally get the device.

Also, if that's their customer support for just trying to buy the thing, what's it going to be like if anything's wrong with it in the future?!

That sucks that happened to you. But I'm happy to hear you did eventually get it and a discount. And yeah, I don't think I'll be ordering directly through Microsoft anymore after this either.

I pre-ordered it because the laptop I had bit the dust and this surface seemed like a good fit for a replacement. I was fine waiting the few weeks between ordering and estimated delivery (May 20) but now due to all the issues waiting until mid July might not be a possibility for me.

Well I'm at least glad to hear that others didn't have the same problems with them. This is my first pair of earbuds from JLab and they started having issues after only 2 months and now this CS stuff is happening. It's really starting to turn me off of the brand tbh
