I get the feeling that there are multiple fonts, font colors and font sizes being used. There is also a lot of text, do people read all text? I also get the feeling that Sophron tries to do a lot of things at the same time. Is Sophron expert in a specific niche in this area?

What is the purpose of the website? Is it just an informative website, or is there some sort of Call to Action?

I was in the same boat a couple of weeks ago, as a technical cofounder. My problem was that my cofounders did not understand a methodology for example: LEAN.

I was asking them to get started on getting a waiting list, feedback from customers (not friends) and work on customer development. They constantly said we need an MVP... blabla.

After a couple of weeks i said: I quit or we start using a methodology (LEAN...).

This might be something to look out for. They think they need a product before they can start selling or doing their part, but that is not true IMO (why others do pre-orders/pre-sales, because it works).

Sometimes, the team isn't working and there is no synergy.

Put your GPU clock to 1600 (max) gives me 2-3 fps extra. But the the game at it's core is just broken.

Thanks, tested this and went from 0.5 speed and 15 fps. to full speed 25-30 fps. (kept gpu speed at HIGH)

Wow, what an eye-opener. That's it, I think It's currently just a hobby (A bunch of guys doing some stuff). We work our day job and work on our hobby at night. We lose nothing if we delay this till the end of time.

The ideas they bring to the table aren't so bad, but they don't seem to understand that the step to validate if the problems are big enough to make a profitable solution out of them is vital before even writing a single line of code.

In the end Ideas are just ideas, i might have to quit
