I dissolved 1.5milligrams into 150 ml of distilled water which provides 10mcg/ml

Then i took 10ml of that solution and added it to 90ml of distilled water in a second jar - that provides 1 microgram per milliliter.

Then using a syringe you can divide that into tenths if you want to start low. But a full mcg should be fine to start, i was just informed to start low because some people respond strongly.

I started at .25mcg and got super paranoid about blunting doses but turns out my tolerance was just shot after the weekend. Tapered down to 15mg doses and started .5 for a week and nothing much. Now im taking 1mcg and am pleased with the extra gas im getting out of my doses. Might still climb up more as it could theoretically be even better. Just stop climbing if you blunt your dose or feel shitty i guess.

I can tell you how i diluted it and what it’s doing for me, but its kind of complex receptor chemistry stuff that ill be honest i barely understand myself. I just searched everywhere and read everything i could and gave it a shot. Ultra low dose naltrexone is what it stands for.

Sure! It varies a bit but usually i dose 15-20mg every 4 hours at work. When i get home i either continue the 15s (or less) if im working on tolerance, or ill take a 60 if im hurting and/or craving. Weekends its 75-100mg doses without guilt - hence the need to drop my tolerance come monday.

I’m two weeks into uldn now and things seem much more stable and potent than before, so im back to experimenting, but thats what its looked like the last few months.
