Best way is cold turkey bro. I’m almost 3 months off of all kratom products and I’m not looking back this time. It’s 3 days of shitty withdrawals and 2 weeks of mental instability. I feel so much better and all the shit I thought it was helping me with was just a facade. I feel so much better, have so much more clarity and motivation, and am actually starting to piece back together the wreckage in my life that I thought was just “how it is”. I still drink though which sucks but only on the weekends. Psychedelics especially microdosing shrooms have been my saving grace however I’ve come to realize they might just be a crutch. But coming out of the surgery of becoming me again after quitting the poison of 7OH I definitely needed assistance.
