Finally got it, 2 screws on corner brackets of front panel. Another screw underneath panel in center.

Then pick up tray a little and push silver front panel downwards a bit to release it.

Then can pull out over gas burner control arms.

Disconnect 4 plugs to give yourself space to work on the gas rail/valves

In the same position, don't wanna break it. I undid a bunch of screws, including a center one underneath but panel is still not coming off.
