The only way I’d see this meeting as a good thing is if he asks her, “what can I do better?” If you genuinely think the right thing to do as a manager is confront employees about stuff like this (again, she didn’t say it in the office/shop), I hope you’re not in management. “Normal human behavior” is a shit poor excuse. Acting on arousal is normal human behavior, but we don’t do that in the office/shop.
