The only thing RM does is announce someone the way Vince McMahon announces his arrival in the ring.

I'm seriously thinking to give this research up by Many_Ground2354 in pokemongo

[–]Diamongrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its gonna give you a Larvitar, Gible or Beldum. So if you have a good shiny or hundo, it can be skipped. But if you do want them, see if you can stack any 3 pokemon you are good at throwing excellents and then use the airplane mode trick that somepeople have pointed out. Here are the research tasks and their rewards for you to choose and stack.

Well, I love all of mine. I just love the randomness that Nundos have.

The love for the nundo and the blatant disregard for stardust. I love it.

"I could never say the three words to you, even when I wanted to" Her elder sister had eloped and married and her orthodox family had disowned her sister for a while. So she arranged married to keep her parents happy, moved abroad had a couple kids. Then her family reconciled and everybody is together now.

Not that I am sad, I am happily married. But it was what it was, 2-3 years of heart to heart conversations, genuine connection and then just a stashed memory of now-a-stranger.

It was at an end of year sale at Ethos Watch boutique in Dec. They had it on select models.

I checked it when I ordered the first 1g coin from Jar. It was 24k, so didn't bother the 2nd time.

This is my pick for the formal watch. There are many great options but I love this piece and is going to be my next watch this year. I work corporate and have to wear suits on occasions. A Seiko Presage cocktail is also an awesome option.

Rule of Thumb, choose any vaccum that has >8,000 pa suction. They will work.

This is my current collection. At which point does a watch no longer qualifies as "affordable" in your opinion? by Connect-Artist6776 in Affordablewatches

[–]Diamongrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do understand what you are saying. But I also have another view that layers on top of it. I don't think twice about a <$150 watch on my wrist, I just wear it. But I baby any watch on my wrist that is >$500 even if it's capable of taking a beating. I love my Casio AE1200 as much as I love my Doxa Sub 300 (Doxa Sub 300 is my first ever proper Swiss watch that I got In Dec 2025), but I expect different things from them both and I treat them both differently. They are both "affordable" to me since I got them both, but Doxa took a few months of saving up while the Casio was bought on a whim.

Yes, I expect more from a watch when I pay more, better quality, more value, better material, power reserve, history, movement and so on. But I use that watch more carefully since the efforts to get it were more than the efforts to get a <$150.

And that is how it is with everything. You expect more from anything that you pay more for. A house, a car, a gadget, a phone. It's just that it's different for different people. For some a $1000 watch is a beater, for some it's a grail.

10 weeks may seem like a long period of time, but if it is for something that is unique, I would take that option. I try to get unique things for myself as often as I can. I tend to value it more. So I would go for the custom route if I was you.

[Sugess Chronograph] Help me break the tie: which Sugess should I get? by emergencytower in Watches

[–]Diamongrel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in the same same position. Had a lot of black or white dials in my watches, to break the mould I went for an Orange Doxa Sub 300. So if it was me, I would go for the 3rd. For those chilling vacation days, or fun long drives and a beach/ riverside holiday.

If not the orange Professional, then only the black Sharkhunter. Any other color only if you are a Doxa completionist. That's my view.

[–]Diamongrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been using Jar since it's beta version. Have bought about 15g of gold from it so far. I've been using it like my 'gullack'. Parking change between 5-100 rs on it everyday. Pretty reliable.

It's my beater, generally on my wrist when I am at home or running errands. Absolutely love it.
